Factors ( focus on lack of physical infra + learning infra)

- No of classrooms to no. of students – (1/30 or 1/40 is normal)
- Distance to school
- Amenities ( drinking water, playground/compound for school
- Lack of computer lab with internet facility
- Lack of computer teacher
- Lack of teaching/learning materials
- Midday meals scheme
- Teacher profiling
- Empowered, orientation training
Indicator: Dropout ratio
Problem: Net enrollment ratio for the higher primary is 85 % while for secondary (9th, 10th) is 65 %.
Target to increase NER for secondary kids, especially girls.
